		<description>I had a very good pulling subject line this week. I can tell how good my subject lines are by clickthrough rate. Because my emails are usually just subject lines with a link leading to the blog post. This forces me to really work on creating a great subject lines.

I often fail though. But this was the best one for the last 2 months or so.

This is for a Raw Food Diet / Personal Development related list.
